Guide
Library
Every file in Civora, from every module, in collections, showing each person only what they may open.
What it is for
Files are attached where they belong: an agreement on its grant, a receipt on its request, evidence on its field report, a contract on an employee file. The Library brings them all together in collections (organisation documents, agreements and contracts, board papers, policies, field evidence, finance records, programme files, people files, suppliers and fleet, filed email).
Each person sees only the files whose records they are allowed to open, so the Library is safe to give to everyone. It also lists records still missing their evidence or receipt.
Its menu
Each entry in the workspace menu and what you do there. You only see the entries your role allows.
